Payment terms & conditions (Tours)


Terms and Conditions (Tours) for the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA-but definitely before the commencement of the services. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.

Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Mode of payment
Payments can be made using any of the following methods :-
  1. By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)**
  2. By Mail Authorization (Visa Card only)
  3. By Online Payment Gateway system through Visa Card. (Online Payment Details)**
Upon arrival in India, the payment can be made through currency notes or travelers cheque or through AMEX / Visa Card.

Incase of payment through credit card, the bank charges (3% extra) - would be levied over and above the total amount.

Via Bank transfer, bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.


Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
  1. 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  2. 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  3. 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
  4. 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
  5. 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, and Royal Orient etc.) and high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.


Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.


Payment Terms & conditions (Transport).

General Information
  1. All services will be provided by Chauffeur driven Cars / Vans only.
  2. The mileage and time is determined from garage to garage i.e. the time vehicle leaves our premises for the assignment till it returns back after completing the assignment.
  3. The customer has to sign the duty slip, and the same to be handed over to the driver while leaving the transport.
  4. The Photographs shown are for illustrative purposes Only.
  5. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Delhi (India) Jurisdiction only.
  6. In the event of any breakdown during the service TSI shall be responsible to provide the substitute Car / Van.
  7. Guarantee of Prices : Once the services are bought, we guarantee the same prices for your services.


Payments
  1. All quoted prices are nett payable to Travel Spirit International Pvt. Ltd..
  2. 0 % advance payment required via Online payment at the time of booking, incase the services required In / From Delhi & the balance to be paid on arrival in Delhi. 100 % Advance required for all other cities.
  3. Th e prices charged are for the specified services only, any extra services availed will be charged extra.


Cancellations
7 or more days = No Cancellation
4 - 7 days = 10% Only
1 - 3 days = 50% Only


Price Includes
  1. Fuel, All taxes, Parking fees Etc.
  2. Assistance of Our Representative during Transfer from Airport , Railway Station to Hotel or vice versa.
  3. During Outstation tours, Interstate Taxes, fuel, overnight charges for the Car / Van.


Price does not include
Any item not specified above, Any extra services besides the contracted part, Driver Tips, Guide, Entrance fees to monument etc.


Insaurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured, where, the occupants / passengers are fully insured and the claims are settled as per the governing rules in India, through court of law.
